CRM SMS Notifications
1. To the CRM users that opt in to receive sms/text notifications, we do it for the following events: new leads posted to the CRM, CRM tasks are coming due, leads have been re-assigned to a user, a lead has saved properties on the user's website. For example, leads are posted into the CRM via a website, then the owner of the website (a CRM user) gets a text notification about the lead.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" back to us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
2a. You can also stop all SMS notifications by logging in to your account and unchecking "Receive Text Notifications" in the user settings page.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at {support email address or toll-free number}.

The number of SMS notifications you will receive will depend on your particular CRM and website activities.
